This site is dedicated to my love for art and my artworks over the years.

My personal take on art

One question that has always occupied my mind was, what the true definiton of art is.
When I was younger, I've always bashed art that seemed effortless, which I still do.
Simple dark blue lines crossing light blue lines, smeared on a canvas, unrecognizable cubistic faces, and my most hated "art"; the black square.
But the difference between before and now is, that I have recently come to the realization that art is subjective, that you can give art it's own definition.
So yes, I do still hate cubism, the black square and do not consider them to be art, but I do not have the right to take away other people's definiton of art, which makes art so magical and personal.
You could pass by a simple metal pole and find some philosophical and artful meaning in it, like:"Oh to be an unnoticable pole, so undisturbed and still.", but my personal definition of art is something that wakes some sort of emotions inside of me, which not any "art" is capable to do.
Some type of art, which is noticed to be effortful, be it visually or audibly.
Art, that took a longer time to be painted, to be composed or to be thought up.
